MICHAEL McCABE - UK Executive Producer

Michael is the Executive Producer of WICKED at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre and a consultant for WICKED - DIE HEXEN VON OZ in Germany. He recently produced, in partnership with Joseph Smith, the acclaimed new musical Spring Awakening (Lyric Hammersmith / Novello Theatre) and was the original Marketing Director (and subsequently also Associate Producer) for Judy Craymer's global hit production of Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus' Mamma Mia!, from 1998-2004. He devised and implemented the marketing strategy for the London premiere production in 1999 and worked on 14 further productions around the world, including the premieres in Toronto, San Francisco, Melbourne, Las Vegas and at the Winter Garden Theatre on Broadway.

He is a trustee of Rupert Young's charity THE MOOD FOUNDATION.
